Tsuyoshi (Komoto Junichi) visits his lonely grandfather at the hospital, and discovers that everyday the old man receives a mysterious postcard with a picture of a cherry blossom tree. When Tsuyoshi meets a taxi driver (Kawahara Sabu) who claims he knows the location of the postcard's tree, they head out on the open road together to find those cherry blossoms.
